Terms & Conditions of Hire From ANAJAK Temporary Fencing Melbourne

(a) Payment is strictly cash on delivery. No fencing shall be left onsite without payment.

(a1) Temporary Fencing hire is in no way refundable or transferrable.
(b)   Temp Fencing shall not be removed from site of delivery.
       ( this will constitute secondary hire and will be billed as such )

(c)  By hiring and using the services provided by ANAJAK Temporary fencing melbourne you automatically
      agree to all terms outlined in this document.

1)  The customer takes all responsibility for any damage to the fencing or any other property, including but not limited to Death or serious injury to
     any person/s during the hire period. The customer indemnifies ANAJAK Temp Fence Hire Melbourne against any claims from the customer &
     agrees to accept liabillity for any claims from a third party.

(d) The customer must ensure the Temporary fencing is maintained in good order, anything deemed other than standard wear, e.g Perforation of mesh, bent frames
      Damaged, stolen or lost panels will render the customer liable for replacement costs.

(e) ANAJAK Temp Fence Hire Melbourne reserves all rights to remove fencing from any site where monies are outstanding for more than 3 days ( Business or otherwise )
     WITHOUT NOTICE. All remaining hire will be forefeited

(f) ANAJAK Temporary Fencing Melbournemakes no Guarantee or Warrantees against theft from site or vandalism, as we cannot guaranteee security past 1st day of install.

(g) Due to the high demand for Temp fence Hire in the Melbourne area, no guarantee can be made for fenceing to be available past initial pre-paid hire.
